Stephen Paddock was the gunman that killed 58 concertgoers from his hotel room at the Mandalay Bay hotel-casino on October 1, 2017.
The ruling, which was made on July 5, happened after his mother waived her right to the properties in March. She asked for the assets to be distributed to the victims of the Route 91 Festival shooting.

The homes will be listed until July 23 and a judge will approve the sale to the highest bidder.
There's another hearing in September that will determine whether Paddock's weapons, cars, and money will also be distributed.
