LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Women across the Las Vegas valley are feeling the weight of the decision to overturn Roe VS. Wade, a ruling that finds women no longer have a federal constitutional right to an abortion and shifts the issue of abortion rights to each state.
Jeri Burton is with the National Organization of Women, Nevada (NOW) and describes herself as a long time fighter for the equal rights of women.
"If you don't have rights to your own body then you don't have equal rights," Jeri Burton said.
