LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The City of Las Vegas has released a master plan for 2050.
In the next 30 years, the city projects an additional 300,000 residents who will call the valley home.
Master plans identify current issues and needs in a community and set specific goals, policies, and actions to address the issues.
In a tweet, the city is asking the public's help in pinpointing the top issues residents see as a factor for the future including the economy, environment, public services, and infrastructure.
In the next 30 years, we expect to welcome 300,000 new residents.
