Mayorga says she was convinced at the time of the incident to accept $375,000 and sign a nondisclousre agreement. But now she has filed a new lawsuit to void the agreement. The lawsuit was filed Friday in Clark County.

Ronaldo and his representatives have denied the claim.

Las Vegas police say that Mayorga never named the soccer star in the original complaint.
