Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has a sweet new way to recruit dispatchers.
They are hosting the first Donuts with Dispatchers event.
They are asking anyone who is interested in a job as a dispatcher to meet them at Dunkin Donuts near Rainbow Boulevard and the 215 beltway on Aug. 2.
They will be there from 9 to 11 a.m. to answer any questions about the job opportunity.
