Police released body-camera videos on Tuesday for the two most recent shootings involving Las Vegas police officers.

The fatal shooting involved a man who shot his wife before being shot by police a couple of hours later. It happened on Jan. 26 near St. Rose Parkway and Las Vegas Boulevard. Police said one officer fired three rounds while another fired 11.

According to police, the man, identified as 42-year-old Axell Vivas, was making suicide by cop statements before being shot.

The non-fatal shooting happened shortly before midnight Jan. 26 on Las Vegas Boulevard near the Stratosphere Tower. The man shot in this incident, identified as 34-year-old Justin Blake, had a prior criminal history and had been acting drunk while waving a gun.

Police asked him to stop and he fled from police. During the foot pursuit, Blake pointed a handgun at the officer, police said. That was later determined to be a Berretta replica BB gun.

The officer shot him four times, with three bullets hitting the suspect in the arm, foot and leg. However, after Blake was shot, he remained combative with police before being taken to the hospital.
