LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas Metropolitan Police are responding to reports of a child drowning in the southwest valley on Saturday afternoon.
Officers responded to the 7800 block of Trapper's Ridge, near Buffalo and Robindale Drive.
The juvenile — who was identified as a four-year-old — was immediately rendered aid by arriving officers and medical personnel before being transported to a hospital.
The child has since been declared deceased.
Investigators are en route to the scene.
