A Las Vegas man has been arrested outside of San Bernardino in connection to the torture and rape of a woman.
Detectives say in one room they found the victim with her mouth, hands, and feet duct taped.
In the other room police found 18-year-old Charles Toland. The victim says she was beaten and raped for several hours and Toland is responsible.
The victim says he was no stranger. They've known each other for years. He suddenly showed up back in her life, allegedly saying he needed a place to sleep for the night.
That's when police believe the crime happened.
Toland now faces charges including kidnapping, rape and attempted murder.
