LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — As of Wednesday, it's the fifth largest jackpot in Powerball history, and people say they had the winning numbers in their hand. Only time will tell.
But the odds are tough. Jay Kornegay, executive vice president of the Sports Superbook at Westgate said the odds of getting struck by lightning twice were better than winning the lottery.
Hundreds still came out, including one 82-year-old who played for the first time on Wednesday.
