Las Vegas is 58th most expensive city for apartment rentals

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — According to the December rent report for Las Vegas, the city is the 58th most expensive to rent in.

The information was provided by the real estate website Zumper.com. They ranked a 100 largest cities nationwide.

The website says that the average price of a 1 bedroom apartment is $960 and 2 bedrooms are almost $1,200. The cost of a one bedroom grew by 3.2% while the cost for a 2 bedroom fell $2.5%.

The national average of a 1 bedroom is $1,200 and a 2 bedroom is around $1,400.
