While Las Vegas was ranked among the top cities for Halloween, could the city have ranked higher?

The WalletHub list ranked Las Vegas No. 8 for the top cities for Halloween. New York City ranked No. 1, followed by Jersey City, New Jersey and Los Angeles. Las Vegas was ahead of Irving, Texas, and St. Paul, Minnesota to round out the top 10.
WalletHub looked at data including candy and chocolate stores per capita to average price per Halloween party ticket to share of potential trick-or-treat stops.
North Las Vegas ranked No. 44 while Henderson was No. 61 and Reno No. 66. North Las Vegas did have the highest percentage of potential trick-or-treaters while Las Vegas has the most costume stores per capita and the 4th most candy and chocolate stores per capita.
