A kitten was rescued after it was found underneath a vehicle stopped at a red light on the Las Vegas Strip.
The Nevada Highway Patrol posted about the rescue on Facebook on Friday.
According to the post, an NHP trooper saw two Las Vegas police officers looking under the vehicle at a red light on Las Vegas Boulevard and Tropicana. The trooper pulled over to see what was going on, and saw that the officers were trying to corral the kitten.

The officers were able to rescue the kitten after a "brief foot pursuit," and another officer arrived at the scene to give the animal water.
