LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A killer who has been dubbed the "Nevada Black Widow" is close to receiving her get-out-of-jail card.
Margaret Rudin is serving time for the 1994 murder of her millionaire husband, Ron Rudin.

He was shot in his sleep and his burned body was discovered in the desert.
Rudin was just granted parole but the terms of her release still need to be approved. The earliest she can get out is Dec. 15.
Rudin's case was very well publicized in the valley.
She has been serving 20 years to life.
