Keeping your kids up to date on shots before school begins is still important

Parents, it's time to make sure your kids are up to date on their shots before the first day of school.

Certain shots are required for pre-schoolers, Kindergarteners, and 7th graders.

They need to be done before the first day of school. Even though Clark County School District students are going to start the year learning virtually, it's still important to make sure they're protected.

This weekend the Southern Nevada Health Clinic is hosting a back-to-school shot clinic. Stop by their building near the 95 and Decatur Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Appointments are required and you need to bring your child's immunization records.
