Las Vegas could be days away from its first professional sports team. The question is, is Las Vegas ready for the NHL to come to town?
"We are absolutely ready for hockey," said Founder of SinBin.vegas Ken Boehlke. "I think this town is gonna fall in love with hockey. It's just going to take a little time. We're clamoring for something to get our hands on, to be fans of, and this is it."
The sports expert says, if there's any hold up at all, it would be the actual price of a professional sports team.
"I think it's going to take a little time for Las Vegas locals to get used to how expensive it is to be a fan of a professional sports team. But in the end, it'll be good. We will be able to go to a couple games and have some fun and watch some great hockey," said Boehlke.
This big announcement is expected to happen on Wednesday at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino during the 2016 NHL Awards.
