UPDATE: Las Vegas police say at this point it does not appear there are any signs of a crime. Both parents were at home at the time the child was discovered not breathing. Police say they do not expect to be filing any charges at this time. The Clark County coroner will determine the exact cause of death. It is believed that the male child is approximately 6 to 7 months old.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- Investigators discovered a dead child at an apartment complex near Tropicana Avenue and Boulder Highway around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Details regarding the cause and manner of death are unknown.
