UPDATE OCT. 17: The owner of the Little White Wedding Chapel says she is no longer seeing the iconic chapel on Las Vegas Boulevard.
The chapel was listed for $12 million in April of this year.
Owner Charlotte Richards says she decided to hold onto the business that she has been operating since 1951.

The Little White Wedding Chapel started as a small altar but later expanded to include a 24/7 drive-thru “Tunnel of Love” wedding chapel that cost about $50,000.
Richards later invested in additional amenities like florist services, gown and tux rentals with the current building consisting of five chapels.
The historic chapel on Las Vegas Boulevard was used by many famous A-listers and, of course, everyday couples.
However, the original owner, Charlotte Richards, told 13 Action News that she is ready to move on.

“Will you take this beautiful woman to be your wife? Will you promise her, you will love her, honor her in sickness and in health, for richer or poor? Until death do us you part?" said Richards, while holding her arms in her chest and reminiscing about the thousands of couples she’s helped tie-the-knot.
"I go to bed sometimes and say, 'wasn't that a wonderful moment?' Even though it wasn't my moment, but I was a part of them, and I just loved it," she said.
No matter how many times Richards has repeated those vows, she says it never gets old.
"This is my baby. This is also my home, but I want to have my life a little sweeter and not work so much," Richards said.
The chapel is believed to have had more than one million couples say "I do" over the years.
"I know that there's going to be somebody that's going to be just right, " said Richards.
She also said every wedding was unique with a few of her favorite ceremonies involving some famous names.
"I loved when I married Bruce Willis and Demi Moore. To be a helper for Elvis Presley was wonderful. I did all of the designing so that he could have a beautiful wedding,” said Richards.
She also said she will always look back at the beautiful memories made inside her Little White Chapel; in the end, she has no regrets.
"It's unique, it's wonderful. If I had to do it all over again, I would do it the same way," Richards said.
