Huntridge Theater renovation plans continue

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The City of Las Vegas says renovation plans for the Huntridge Theater continue to move forward.

The city council approved a proposed settlement to address the dispute over a renovation.

And the council says a third party will rehabilitate the theater and it will not contribute any money but it will supervise the rehabilitation process.

The theater first opened in 1944 at the corner of Charleston Boulevard and Maryland Parkway.
