LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Updated, as of 3 p.m. on March 3

A 48-year-old man has died from his injuries following a crash on February 14. Lejon Darden died at University Medical Center two weeks after he was hit by a grey or silver SUV.

Police do not know the identity of the driver at this point in the investigation.

A pedestrian is hospitalized with head and body injuries following a hit and run crash Wednesday night, according to LVMPD.

The intersection of West Charleston Boulevard and South Decatur Boulevard shut down in all directions on Wednesday night as police worked to investigate the circumstances of the crash.

Police say the crash happened at about 9:30 p.m. and the investigation is ongoing with a driver on the run.
