LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Henry Ruggs is no longer listed on the Clark County Detention Center's online detention records.
Earlier in the day, court records showed Ruggs posted his bail, which was listed at $150,000.
Court records also show Ruggs must have high-level electronic monitoring, can not drive and must surrender his passport to a defense attorney as part of his bail conditions.
