UPDATE: Coroner releases names of people shot, killed in Henderson near Stephanie and Wigwam Avenue

NOV. 6 UPDATE: The Clark County Office of Coroner/Medical Examiner has identified the three victims of a homicide that occurred on Tuesday, Nov. 3, at an apartment complex in Henderson:

  • Dianne Reem Hawatmeh, age 38, female, resident of Henderson. Cause of death: gunshot wound of the head.
  • Joseph Iehab Hawatmeh, age 12, male, resident of Henderson. Cause of death: gunshot wounds of the head and chest.
  • Veronica Muniz, age 33, female, resident of Las Vegas. Cause of death: gunshot wound of the head.

The assailant in this case has also been identified as:

  • Jason Neo Bourne, age 38, male, resident of Henderson. Cause of death: gunshot wounds. Manner of death: homicide.

Henderson police identify officers involved in shooting where gunman, 3 others died

11 P.M. UPDATE: Four people are dead after a shooting Tuesday in Henderson near Stephanie Street and Wigwam Avenue.

Henderson Police say they received a call about gunshots around 11 a.m. at 1445 Stonelake Cove, which is inside The Douglas at Stonelake apartment complex.

Upon arrival, they found 2 people with gunshot wounds.

They also encountered the possible shooter sitting in a parked car. There was a confrontation and that person was shot by police and is deceased.

It is not known at this time who the other victims are. Henderson PD said four people are dead and one person was transported to a nearby hospital. The condition of the person transported to the hospital is unknown.

Henderson Police is expected to release more details about the shooting soon.

HENDERSON (KTNV) -- Roads are closed near Stephanie Street and Wigwam Avenue following a shooting involving police in Henderson.

All lanes are blocked in both directions on Stephanie Street and there is a large police presence in the area.

No other details were immediately available.
