LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — You may have looked up in the sky today and seen the Goodyear blimp. It's here in town for CES and 13 Action News got a behind the scenes look of this national icon.
Goodyear is making its first-ever appearance at CES.
This week is all about introducing new tech, and Goodyear is ready to make two announcements tonight.
The company says it has the technology to make the future of mobility more connected and safe.
"Goodyear has been around for a really long time and it's an American icon, every day we get to fly and go to these really exciting events," said Taylor Deen, assistant chief pilot for Goodyear Blimps.
2020 marks 65 years of Goodyear providing aerial coverage of events nationwide.
The big announcement from Goodyear is the release of their new "AndGo" platform. A new technology that will help consumer fleets boost performance through tire monitoring and Goodyear's intelligent tires. The brand will launch the new platform on AndGoNow.com.
