We spoke to a local pediatrician who says a consistent sleep schedule can have positive impacts on a student's health.
Dr. Blair Buddy suggests if your child has trouble sleeping, try taking a shower before bed or even use a sleep meditation app.
It's also important to make sure they stop using their phone at least an hour before bed.
