Dolores Robledo, who founded Roberto’s Taco Shop, has died at the age of 90.
A news release describes Robledo as a devoted mother of 13 children, 39 grandchildren, 50-great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Robledo and her husband, Roberto, opened their first taco shop in 1964 in San Diego. They brought Roberto’s Taco Shop to Nevada in 1990. There are currently 57 restaurants in the Las Vegas valley and 20 in California.
Robledo died on July 14. Services will be held in California.
