Someone illegally dumped a fluorescent green liquid into a Henderson wash Wednesday afternoon.
Henderson officials first responded to the incident around 2:20 p.m. near Green Valley and Windmill parkways.
Valleywide HAZMAT responded and it was the highest level response possible. They cleaned up the liquid and deemed it was not harmful to the public.
