The father of boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. is facing a new lawsuit.
Floyd Mayweather Sr. was cleared of all criminal charges in June but the woman who said he attacked her has filed an assault and battery complaint.

Marsha Byrd claims that a verbal altercation became violently physical when Mayweather Sr. was driving her and her husband home after a boxing match at the T-Mobile Arena on Sept. 16, 2017.
The suit also claims Byrd suffered permanent injuries.
