Security increased at airports after Brussels

It's busy at McCarran Airport but even in the crowd you can pick out these uniforms, more and more eyes watching the airport.
 
A representative from McCarran said that no security adjustments have been made. Operations should continue as normal but there was an increased sense of security.


A few travelers coming to the valley waited a little longer to get to Las Vegas, taking more time to get through security.

"There's more security now and just more awareness about it," said one flier. "I feel like we'll be safe here."

There are no direct flights between Brussels and Las Vegas so it's unlikely any flight in or out of here would be canceled or rerouted because of the attack.

 
Additional law enforcement were placed on public transportation throughout major cities in the U.S.
