The entire property is inspired by Asian culture. It is Asian first, English second.
"From when they walk into the building, to the food they eat, to the hotel room they stay in, to the people they interact with, they're going to have an opportunity to feel like they're in a culture that is unlike anything else on The Strip or anywhere in Las Vegas," Jordan Seager, Vice President of Marketing said.

The property is not just geared towards tourists. The idea is to provide a little getaway, that's right on the Las Vegas Strip. It is being built near Sahara and Las Vegas Boulevard, and the plan is to open by the end of the year.
