The final standing Riviera hotel-casino tower is scheduled for implosion on Aug. 16, according to Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
This comes two months after the first tower -- Monaco -- was imploded on June 14.
Unlike the first event, which was full of pomp and circumstance, the second implosion is expected to be a more subdued affair. There will not be official, designated viewing areas nor a formal event like in June.
However, 13 Action News will carry the implosion live on-air just like it did with the first one. Special coverage is scheduled to begin at 1:50 a.m.
The implosion is set for 2 a.m. Aug. 16, weather and conditions permitting.
