Some fans say they're concerned about steep seats at T-Mobile Arena being dangerous.

At Thursday's Golden Knights game, fans in one of the upper sections took to social media concerned after they say they saw a man fall down the steps, hitting his head, and having to be taken away by emergency personnel.

Some fans say they've noticed how steep the seats can be.

"If you're afraid of heights, don't go to the second level," one fan says.

MGM Resorts says they're investigating the incident, saying "the safety of and comfort of our fans is of the utmost importance to our staff."

But the design of T-Mobile Arena, which opened in 2016, isn't that different from other newer arenas around the country like the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento

Many newer arenas are designing seats with steeper pitches in order to give anyone a better view, even if they're in the nosebleeds. The seat design also takes away cup holders from the higher seats at both the Golden 1 Center and T-Mobile Arena.
