Vital Vegas posted a very interesting "rendering" of the Hard Rock Hotel on Twitter this morning and it's getting quite a bit of reaction.

It's been previously reported that British billionaire Sir Richard Branson has bought or wants to buy the Hard Rock and rebrand it. The hotel is currently owned by the Canadian asset management firm Brookfield. They have reportedly been looking to sell the property since March of last year.
Rumors about a Virgin rebrand began circulating early this year. However, nothing has actually happened yet. Vital Vegas also posted this tweet about a possible announcement:

Scott Roeben, who is the mastermind behind the Vital Vegas blog, says that he created the "rendering" as a joke. But, it is believed that if Virgin gains control of the hotel-casino, they will remove the guitar that is currently there and replace it with something that represents the Virgin brand. They would also remove the rock and music related decor inside of the hotel-casino.
