Election misinformation talk drops after Twitter suspends President Trump

CALIFORNIA (KTNV) — Research is showing election misinformation talk on social media has dropped 73% after Twitter banned President Donald Trump.

San Francisco based analytics firm Zignal Labs reports it has reviewed posts from before and after President Trump was removed from Twitter.

And election fraud conversations went from 2.5 million mentions to fewer than 700,000.
