UPDATE: Judge Joe Hardy has ruled that several voting centers in Clark County must remain open until 8 p.m. because of technical difficulties when polls opened on Tuesday morning.

Here are the locations that will remain open until 8 p.m.

ORIGINAL STORY
The Nevadan Republican Party and Trump campaign have filed a lawsuit in the Nevada Eighth Judicial District Court to keep polls open until 8 p.m. in Clark County.

WATCH HEARING:

The Nevada Elections Department tweeted early Tuesday morning that voting was delayed at some polling locations because of technical problems.

The lawsuit names Registrar of Voters for Clark County Joseph Gloria.

The suit lists 22 polling sites that were reportedly affected.

A hearing is currently underway in Judge Joe Hardy's courtroom.
