One woman is dead after two cars rolled over where State Route 159 meets State Route 160.

Around 9 a.m. Saturday, a Cadillac driven by two elderly tourists from Switzerland drove across the street to get to a nearby gas station. The Cadillac pulled in front of a Ford F150, causing the two vehicles to collide.

Both vehicles lost control and struck a curb, causing them to overturn into the desert.

The female passenger of the Cadillac was trapped and had to be extricated. She was taken to the hospital where she later died from her injuries.

The woman was identified as 60-year-old Maria E. Graf.

Two males in the front seat of the Ford were not injured, while two grandparents in the back seat were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The male driver of the Cadillac also had to be transported and is in stable condition.

The Nevada Highway Patrol says that impairment was not a factor for either driver in this crash. Everyone appeared to be wearing their seat belts.
