UPDATE: Lester Clark, who was reported missing on Friday, was found at a local hospital in good health.

Police need help locating a North Las Vegas man who went missing from his home.
On Friday, officers received a report of a missing endangered man.
According to his family, 87-year-old Lester Clark was last seen at his North Las Vegas home near Cheyenne Avenue and Civic Center Drive on Monday, February 01, 2016.
Clark’s family reports he suffers from dementia and high blood pressure. It is believed he does not have his blood pressure medication with him.
Clark is described as an African American male, 6’00” tall and weighing about 140 lbs. Clark has grey hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a red jacket, blue jeans, dark baseball cap and black shoes. See attached photo of Clark.
