The clock is ticking for those who want to enroll their children in the Education Savings Account program.
The deadline is 5 p.m. Thursday to have the applications turned into the Treasurer's Office, with offices in both Las Vegas and Carson City.
The office has received an estimated 6,000 applications so far.
However, the program is currently on hold following a lawsuit from the American Civil Liberties Union claiming the program violates a part of the Nevada constitution.
