A dumpster fire sent black smoke into the air around the Las Vegas valley Sunday afternoon.

Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded to the fire around 2:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Spectrum Boulevard, near Pecos Road and Stewart Avenue.
According to Las Vegas Fire & Rescue, a small fire was found inside a large warehouse next to the dumpster.
Fire officials said there was no damage to buildings and no injuries. However, 100 plastic laundry bins were destroyed by the fire and one vehicle has melted tail lights. There is an estimated $22,000 in damage.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
