A Boulder City store has been shut down for the second time within the past month due to health code violations.
The 99 Cent Store was shut down due to a pest infestation, according to a sign from the Southern Nevada Health District posted Tuesday.
Just weeks ago, Dirty Dining paid a visit to the store after it was shut down for the same issue. During that imminent health hazard closure, health inspectors found a rat infestation. Employees even had a baseball bat with the words "rat bat" written on it.
During that first visit, the 99 Cent Store eventually reopened with an A grade.
