All Pandemic Unemployment Assistance payments in Nevada need to be made by today, according to a judge.

In a lawsuit filed against the Department of Employment, Training, and Rehabilitation (DETR) for the way those claims were handled, a judge ordered that payments be paid to claimants by July 28.
The department has until July 30 to share an update on its progress.
Also, 13 Action News has received a high volume of phone calls and emails this morning from viewers saying their final $600 federal pandemic unemployment payment was not received. DETR says a system issue is to blame. Read the full statement here.
