Details will be revealed on Jan. 1 for the first hotel-casino to be built in downtown Las Vegas since 1975.
The new resort is being built by Derek and Greg Stevens, who also own D Las Vegas.
It will be located in the space formerly occupied by the Old Las Vegas Club.
Details about the new hotel-casino are being revealed Jan. 10 during a special event at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center.
