LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The principal for Desert Rose High School was injured in a fight on April 5.
It started as an argument between students. Principal Dr. Janice Augente was pushed to the ground when she attempted to intervene.

The principal was treated at the scene for a minor injury to a leg. 5 juveniles were cited for disorderly conduct.
The incident is still under investigation.
