LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Department of Public Safety spokesperson Andrew Bennett answered viewer questions Tuesday about speeding and safety when it comes to walking in the Las Vegas valley.
Bennett also talked about implied crosswalks, saying even if there isn't paint on the road's intersections, it still has a crosswalk, and people walking have the right-of-way.
