LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Krystal Whipple, the woman who ran over and killed a manicurist in 2018, has been sentenced.

The incident happened as Krystal Whipple was leaving a nail salon without paying after initially trying to pay with a fraudulent credit card.
She told the manicurist she was going to get cash from her car. The manicurist and her boyfriend followed her out of the salon. The entire incident was caught on camera.

Whipple was sentenced on Friday to 10 to 25 years in prison for second-degree murder.
She pleaded guilty to the crime last December.
