LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas police have identified a local mother who allegedly abandoned her child at a Las Vegas Strip casino last month.
Detectives report 26-year-old Mariam Ramos as the mother who was seen leaving her 3-year-old daughter on Dec. 29, 2020, at the Wynn Las Vegas.

Ramos has been known to frequent casinos on the Strip and in downtown Las Vegas, according to police.

Authorities say she is mid-to-late 20s, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and approximately 125 pounds. The woman was also wearing a blonde wig in a ponytail.

At the time of the December incident, police said the child was in good health and under Child Protective Services' care.
