Three people accused of the murder of a California doctor were scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
The group included former Playboy model Kelsey Turner and her boyfriend Jon Kennison. Both have pled not guilty.
Another woman, Diana Nicole Pena, pled guilty to accessory to murder.
Tuesday, Turner and Kennison made their appearances in court for a status check with a return date set in November.

71-year-old Thomas Burchard's body was found in the trunk of a car in the desert near Lake Mead back in March.
Turner had a relationship with the California psychiatrist before his death.
