LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A third student has come forward saying she was raped by a classmate at Palo Verde High School.
The student is now suing the Clark County School District and Maysen Melton's parents.

The lawsuit claims Melton tackled the girl to the ground and sodomized her against her will.
Melton is a student at Palo Verde High School.
The 16-year-old has been indicted by a grand jury. Police believe there are at least four victims out there.
Melton's attorney says his client is not guilty and the alleged acts were consensual.
