UPDATE JUNE 5: The Clark County District Attorney's Office revealed that Gragson's first blood test showed a blood alcohol content of .147.
13 Action News also learned in Gragson's arrest report, that The Ridge's guard gate has video of the incident.
The report also notes a nearby house that's closer to the crash scene also has video.
Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson says he is taking this one with the utmost seriousness.
"It's upsetting for everybody, not only for me as the chief prosecutor in this county, its upsetting for our community," says Wolfson.
Gragson is facing six felony charges, three for felony DUI and three for felony reckless driving.
Local attorney Robert Murdock has nearly 30 years of experience practicing law in Las Vegas.
He says details of the case, and the personnel changes at Las Vegas Metro Police following the crash are having him question what happened.
"It kinda shocks me, that in a case like this where there's horrific injuries, I mean horrific injuries, things weren't done quickly," says Murdock. "They're blaming heavy traffic, a complicated scene, and problems with the electronic warrant, come on, it doesn't happen, they can go get a warrant in 5 minutes, especially on a case like this."
