UPDATE JULY 3: The Clark County coroner has identified the 2 murder victims as 20-year-old Damis Irizarry Jr. of Las Vegas and 25-year-old Kasi Switzer of Las Vgas. The coroner says both people died of gunshot wounds to their heads and their deaths have been ruled as homicides.

Las Vegas police are asking for help after 2 people were found dead in a home in the 2200 block of Poplar Avenue near Eastern Avenue and US-95.
Dispatch received as report at 5:20 p.m. June 29. Upon arrival, officers found a deceased adult male an adult female. Both had been shot.
During the investigation, detectives discovered the man was renting the home while the owner was away. Detectives are unsure when the shooting occurred and have not identified a suspect or motive.
