A person was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon after he fled from police.
It began when police spotted a vehicle they believed to be stolen in the area of Reno Avenue and Decatur Boulevard.
The man refused to stop and began driving erratically.
The police helicopter followed the man from above until he crashed the vehicle into another car, which had a woman and her daughter inside.
He was then taken into custody.
