LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas police say one man is dead after a shooting at an apartment complex early Sunday morning.
Police say a man and his friend entered an apartment near Spring Mountain Road and Valley View Boulevard by jumping over a balcony. One of the men entered the bedroom to find a woman and her boyfriend inside.

The boyfriend shot the man multiple times, killing him, according to police.
The woman was hit in the process and drove herself to the hospital.
Police say the boyfriend and the suspect do know each other but it is not clear how.
Investigators are looking for the woman's boyfriend to ask him questions.
The shooting happened on a busy night for the department.
Hours before, officers responded to a separate deadly shooting near Twain Avenue and University Center.
Police are also investigating a shooting involving the department Sunday morning.
